Pottery for Therapy

I have been taking pottery classes in New Jersey for a few years now and it’s amazing. Actually my teacher is amazing. When I first signed up she told us that it would be theraputic but I don’t think anyone actual believed her. But it is. I don’t know what it is but as soon as that wheel starts spinning I drift away into another world. It almost feels as if I’m totally relaxed and doing nothing but when I’m finished I have this great piece of artwork. It’s truly amazing how this happens. I almost feel like I just meditated. I love pottery and it’s healing affects.
